The 28th July 2016 marks the 150th anniversary of Beatrix Potter’s birth, and this much awaited bunny seemed the perfect way to honour her and celebrate with our Winglets!!
The Tale of Benjamin Bunny was first published in 1904, and sees a return to Mr Macgregor’s garden as a sequel to to the original Tale of Peter Rabbit. It was an unrivalled success selling thousands of copies before the year was out.
With no further ado - we present to you Benjamin Bunny - the next large geo from our double-faced weave linen and combed cotton Beatrix Potter collection.
Benjamin Bunny is a beautiful soft raspberry, against a medium warm, grey. Like our other Beatrix Potter Collection wraps he is comprised of 46% luxury combed cotton and 21% linen on a gold Egyptian cotton warp (33%). The combed cotton/ linen Geos break in very quickly and soon become amazingly soft and smushy!
