- Woven Wings ship via Royal Mail in conjunction with your local in-country mail provider around the world.
- We always announce the shipping date with our release information, and it is usually within 48 hours of payment, but this may vary per release.
- Royal Mail sends automatic tracking references when packages enter their system, this will come from a Royal Mail email address, and not a Woven Wings address, so may end up in your junk or spam folder, instead of your inbox. Please check all of your folders - but if you can’t find tracking please email us and we will send it to you: email@example.com
- We cannot combine postage when multiple products are purchased.
- We can only ship to the address provided at checkout.
- We accept returns for 14 days from the date of arrival of your wrap. It must be unwashed and unworn, and returned with the original packaging and items including the booklet, and tote etc.
- Once received at WWHQ, we will inspect the wrap, and all being well, we will then refund the cost of the wrap, minus shipping to you, back via the original payment.
- We are unable to issue refunds to any other account.
- All returned items must be clearly marked RETURNS on the package and on any international customs declaration forms.
- Woven Wings cannot be held liable for packages lost in transit during return posting.
- Please contact WWHQ ahead of returning any wrap.
