You may resubmit a custom if not chosen before. We will not re-run wraps that are identical or virtually identical to already woven customs or WW wraps.
Please check you have the required minimum group size before completing the form.
All communication must go through an appointed group leader.
Additional digital mockups can be provided at an additional cost of £70 each on Phoenix and Unicorn customs.
Additional woven samples can be provided on Unicorn customs at an additional cost of £150.
Woven Wings wraps are woven on a jacquard loom. Wraps can be woven as single or double weave (including but not limited to pocket weave).
The custom process is focused on the designing the front side of the wrap. The reverse of the wrap is pre-determined by the weave, yarns, and colour choices for the front of the wrap and cannot be changed. Customs groups will not be provided mock-ups of the reverse side of the wrap.
Warp choices are limited to black and white.

We will work to keep ordering additional wraps to a minimum. However, in order to ensure everyone in the custom group gets a first-grade wrap will need to run some extra material to cover for faults and mill discrepancies and finishing faults. We will offer the additional wraps in Dragon and Phoenix groups to the group members first and any other remaining wraps will be sold by HQ via a draw. Any additional meterage for Unicorn customs will only be kept at HQ as wraps or sold as scrap (first refusal within the group).
Customs typically take 16-20 weeks at the time of ordering to weave and finish. This is excluding design time. Design time varies and is based on the time your group needs to make decisions, respond to ideas, and pay invoices. The quicker the group can be on decision-making and payments, the quicker we are able to place your order and start the clock. We will do our best to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible without any delays but additional time may be added during holiday periods or when needing to order extra or special yarn.
A non-refundable deposit is required for us to begin work on your custom. If your group decide to not go ahead this will not be refunded.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required by each of your members at the time of ordering. The final balance of 50% plus shipping costs is due from all the group's members when your wraps are being hemmed. No wraps will be shipped until all members have finalised payments.
