Cotton/merino
What can I say? This wrap is a dream boat. I was super lucky to test this beauty out after I made no secret of my obsession with her other half Vespa. I believe the weave and blend are the same in both these wraps and the WQ are very similar. I found BD cushy and supportive enough for my toddler but also breathable as I was able to wear it on a warm and muggy day with no discomfort to me or my little.
As for the design, black usually isn't something I go for in wraps but this one was just different. It felt really edgy but also felt casual enough to bum around the neighbourhood in. The pattern is really fresh but the geometric almost architectural design made it feel classically WW to me. Overall I loved this wrap and can't wait to see how it breaks in and wears over time! MAD MEN TESTER REVIEW: TEAL EDITION aka The John Hamm
Blend: Cotton/Merino
This wrap blew my mind from day one. I first spotted it in a flat shot during some geekery, I believe it was during CoL geek preveiw, but I might be completely wrong. I was just really intrigued by the pattern and colourway. It was unique but distinctly WW at the same time.

The first time I wrapped in it was at a sling meet and I completely botched my wrap job, but it was still rock solid. I actually was able to keep that same wrap job (with a little tweaking from a friend) for a few hours without any discomfort to me and lots of sleepy dust for the LO. I believe this was due to how grippy it was, not as grippy as the impressionists silk, more like the AQ or droplets. I am by no means an expert wrapper and did find it a bit of a workout for the first few ups, but holy-moly, like the other wraps in the AQ family, this thing broke in quickly and was so supportive and buttery after just a few wears.

My LO actually felt weightless, and I don't say that often. I think the density of the wrap and the weave gives in a lot of cushion.
Plus, he was totally trapped in that thing. Once I got him in a good multi-layer wrap job he wasn't going anywhere no matter how much leg straightening and seat popping he tried to do!

As for the colour/pattern, I think the pictures speak for themselves. It made me feel super glam and had this sleek mid-century mod design that made me reach for it time and time again. To sum it up, I loved this wrap and will be the first in the queue when it it's released.
